# Support

> How to get help with Magic Patterns

We're here to help you get the most out of Magic Patterns! Support options vary by plan to ensure you get the right level of assistance.

## Free Plan

## Business Plan

    Business plan users have access to all support channels available on the
    Free plan, including email support, in-app chat, and the Slack community.

  <Accordion title="Dedicated Slack Channel">
    Business plan subscribers can request a dedicated Slack channel for direct
    communication with the Magic Patterns team. This provides faster response
    times and personalized support for your team. **To request a Slack
    channel:** 1. Go to **Settings** in your Magic Patterns dashboard 2.
    Navigate to the **Support** section 3. Enter your email and submit your
    request Our team will set up your dedicated channel within 1 business day.

## Enterprise Plan

    Enterprise plan users have access to all support channels available on the Business plan.

  <Accordion title="Dedicated Slack Channel">
    Enterprise customers receive a dedicated Slack channel for direct, real-time communication with our team. This channel is set up automatically as part of your onboarding.

    If you haven't received your Slack channel invite yet, you can request one from **Settings > Support** in your dashboard.

    Enterprise customers receive priority support with faster response times and dedicated account management.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Technical Account Manager">
    Enterprise customers can opt to have a dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) included as part of their plan. Your TAM serves as a strategic partner, helping with onboarding, best practices, technical guidance, and ongoing success with Magic Patterns.
